Shipping & Delivery

Our fairy floss is made fresh, daily, and while most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 2-5 business days; some may take additional time.

We do not post on Friday, Saturday, Sundays or Public holidays to avoid orders being stuck in transit or left sitting for extended periods of times.

We trust that our deliver partner, Australia Post (Express), will deliver your order in a timely manner, however please be mindful there may be delays during transit outside of our control.

Fairy floss is heat sensitive, during the summer months there may be days where we do not dispatch for your products' own chance at remaining in its best condition.

We can not take nor accept any responsibility if the product arrives with shrinkage, we do advise not order if the temperature is over 30 degrees consecutively. To help further with this we ask that the receiver or someone please be home for the packages' arrival to avoid it being left exposed to the sunlight. 

The Fairy Floss Club PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit.

If your parcel is delivered, damaged, the following process applies: 

- Take as many photographs as necessary 
- Attend your local LPO with the parcel (all contents) and receipt of your order
- You will be compensated up to the value of $100 contents and $50 postage
- You can then repurchase from our website
- Please email us your new order number and photo's so we can have this   dispatched out for you immediately.
