The Fairy Floss Club cannot exchange or refund goods due to its perishable nature, so please order carefully. 

This includes colour, flavour and any personalisation complete for labels. 

Please notify us immediately of any problem with your order. We will refund the cost (only) of your products if one of the criteria set out below applies to your delivered goods:

1. The products are not what you ordered; or
2. If you do not receive the products ordered (other than as a result of you providing incorrect delivery address details as above or not allowing enough time for fair transit until your require them).

We may arrange with you for the products to be returned to us. We reserve the right to make any refund due to you in whatever way we choose. This may be financially, with a credit note or replacement order. Please read this carefully. By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms that appear here before you, which will apply to any purchase made on this website.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if an item arrives late due to a delay. The Fairy Floss Club will take every measure to ensure their customers are kept up to date at all times and that this information is easily found on all platforms of social media, the website and if required, to your nominated email address. 

We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind'. All orders are final. You may be welcome to a store credit or exchange of product if it is not too late. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN PURCHASING.
